It's Med-VEHD-ev, guys.
Dmitri Medvedev is the new President of Russia.
Such was the integrity of the election that some Moscow newspapers did not seem to deem the new President newsworthy enough to put him on the headlines.
Medvedev said he would step down from the Chairmanship at Gazprom. Sources close to United Russia and said Vladmir Putin would replace him.
What the heck is going on?
Welcome to the new Russia. Ironical is that the New seems to be a lot like the old.
Anyways, start learning how to pronounce the new president. It’s Med-VEHD-ev. You might get some extra credit for that at the weekend socials.
